Japhet has nearly 15 years in the travel industry. His work has taken him across more than 13 countries and he has lived in four of them. He has spent those years connecting with people from different cultures and places. He is proud to be a part of establishment of Ace Tanzania Tours and being able to channel his passion for travel to others.
Experiencing different countries and cultures from a young age has shaped the way he sees the world. His background spans auditing, consulting and finance spent 12 years working in USA, he is a visionary travelpreneur. He can hold a conversation around business, human values and almost everything one can think of.
Head of personalized experience
The reason why we are leading in creation of the smoothest customized trips is: Bruno is on the driving seat. He is the man behind this success. He can arrange an effortless experience for you pretty much in Tanzania mainland, Zanzibar and Kenya. He is equipped with a well-established network and management. Being able to combine travel with opportunities that help people gain real-world experience is something he truly values.
Additionally an amazing team around him with a positive vibe, which makes the work even more rewarding. Outside of work, he loves traveling, exploring new foods, and experiencing different cultures. He is always curious and enjoys learning new things, especially when it comes to food.
Head of Operations
Valence has been with Ace Tanzania Tours for 7 years, starting out as a junior tour operator now serving as Head of tour operations. Over the years, he has had the privilege of supporting hundreds of travellers as they prepare for their journeys.
He loves hearing about their experiences and supplement with his hand-on experience. Outside of work, Valence enjoys spending time with family, friends, his partner.
Head of Finance
Eve is a passionate learner, and an instinctive marketer. She has a habit of finding a path even where it seems impossible, being an avid reader, she is the perfect motivational speaker for the team.
Eve spent a couple of years completed her business administration and chartered accountancy qualification. She has worked across a variety of industries and gained broad experience in different business environments. Ace Tanzania Tours is her favorite place to work because what we do tallies with her passion.
It is rewarding to be part of a company that connects people with meaningful travel experiences.
Head of Sales
Davis has worked in marketing for over 5 years, across brand, digital, and growth, and he enjoys building clear strategies that actually make sense and deliver results.
Talking to him is like talking to a friend who's always up for a travel plan.
Bringing together our safari products means people can build real-world experience while also the beauty of the visited places in Africa. Travel has shaped his own perspective and he is really proud to be part of.
Outside of work, Davis loves watching football.
Head of European travellers
Roberto believes it is important to speak, but more important to listen. He is all about creativity with purpose. He likes work that means something, not just looks good.
We get to connect people with meaningful travel experiences from around the world but his central focus is on European travellers and he gets to use creativity to help tell those stories in a way that feels real.
Head of transport department
Aman works tirelessly to manage a fleet of our vehicles. The company has simplified this hectic work for him by engaging well trained drivers allied with young fleet.
Outside of work, you will usually find him at the beach, reading a book.
Office Manager
She has a Tourism Degree, so she has always been in the tourism industry one way or another. She is really excited about this new role and cannot wait to help travellers visited our head office.
She takes care of everything at head office to keep things running smoothly day to day. Being part of something meaningful makes everything she does here even more rewarding. When she is outside of work, you will probably find her watching a new series
